Family values are deep-rooted in Azerbaijan, and have been passed down from generation to generation since time immemorial. Care of youngsters, and respect for the elderly are cherished traditions in our country.
Master classes on yoga took place at IDEA Animal Care Centre, December 23.
Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of IDEA Public Association Leyla Aliyeva attended the master classes.
At the event, organized by IDEA Public Association and the Classic Yoga School, guests attended a Khatka-Yoga lesson, received a lot of interesting information about yoga and correct nourishment, tasted samples of vegetarian cuisine, and made themselves familiar with animals being taken care of in the centre.
The lessons and talks were conducted by Elchin Guliyev, who holds an international diploma and the title of Yoga Shiromani. E.Quliyev has been engaged in yoga since 2002. In 2009, he was trained at the Shivananda Yoga Centre in Poland.
